The Cyprus investment programme provides a fast route to permanent residence and does not require continuous physical presence in the country. To maintain the status, residents only need to visit Cyprus once every two years. Key benefits of Cyprus residence include one of the most competitive corporate tax rates in Europe at 12.5%, as well as no tax on foreign-source income or inheritance. Applicants may invest in Cypriot companies, establish a new business or relocate an existing corporate structure to the island. Eligible family members can also obtain residence under the same application.

Investors with international portfolios
Applicants may invest in securities issued by local companies, participate in investment funds and establish their own businesses. This structure supports efficient management of an international portfolio, expands access to financial opportunities and may simplify visa applications for travel to the Schengen Area and the United States.
Owners of international businesses
Asset owners and recipients of passive income
Cyprus non-dom status may exempt certain types of passive income from taxation, including dividends and interest received from abroad. The absence of inheritance and gift taxes creates additional opportunities for structuring family wealth and transferring it to future generations.
Families with long-term plans
A single application may include a spouse and children under the age of 25, provided that adult children continue their education and remain financially dependent on the main applicant. Once residence is granted, family members gain access to healthcare, education and comfortable living conditions in Cyprus.
